The concert was great, and we both had a good time. For his birthday, Derrick got some Ray Bans from me, two new pair of shorts from Carter, and an Omaha Steaks gift certificate from my parents. I think turning 31 treated him well :)

Happy Birthday, Derrick
About 6 weeks ago, Derrick surprised me with tickets to see Dave Matthews in Nashville. The date just happened to be on his birthday, so I kind of felt like it was my special day, too, since DMB is my favorite band. Here is a picture taken right before the concert. We had gone to the tanning bed that morning and were both a little burned.
